Our CSA Host Locations make it possible for us to reach our Fairfield County members with the freshest Connecticut Grown produce delivered from our West Suffield farm, often the same day it is picked. We are very excited this year to be hosted by a few of the area's very best farm-to-table restaurants. Elm Restaurant in New Canaan, Bailey's Backyard in Ridgefield, and Bar Sugo in Norwalk have graciously offered to provide the hubs where we connect with our members each week.
Chef Luke Venner of Elm, Chef Forrest Pasternack of Bailey's Backyard, and Chef Pat Pascarella of Bar Sugo will be cooking with many of the same ingredients that our members are taking home in their CSA shares. The chefs have promised to share some of their best recipes!
Restaurant staff have embraced the partnership as well, and have volunteered to assist with distribution. They have been helping us bring in new members by promoting the CSA to their customers, and some even have decided to become CSA members themselves.
